Creating a Training Manual in SN?

Hello all, 

I am a junior ServiceNow admin for my company and I have been tasked with drafting up a Helpdesk training manual for onboarding our new technicians. I wanted to reach out to the hive mind to request assistance. I am not too familiar with the scripting or the system and it's available functionality. 

I am looking to draft up processes that will include , text, pictures, and potentially links to videos. What would be the best approach to this? I am familiar with creating modules and custom tables. 

Any insight yall can provide on the ideal approach to compile this training manual would be greatly appreciated. Example screenshot of the manual in word document format

I would create it as a knowledge article.  You may want to make sure there is a knowledge base that only ITIL users have access to.

Brian, thank you for the input. On what screen would I define read/write for the KB article? Should I create a knew KB all together and restrict access?

You should create user guide for this.

User guides are designed for these kind of requirements.

This method is working great. But how did you isolate user guides from each other. It looks like clicking User Guide link will take you to an an "All Help" section that contains all the sections and documents. 

Also, where can you edit the "User Guide - " that prefixes each page?
