Has a system_admin elevated roles while creating a ACLs to update the work note in ITSM like Incident, change_request and problem do I really need to create multiple ACLs for those table?
Is there any option to create one ACLs role by including all the tables?

ACLs need to be defined one by one for each table.

yes all these tables are extended from task and customer might require different functionality for work notes on different table such as incident, problem, change
You will have to create individual field level READ and WRITE ACL
The reason why you will have to create is there is already field level READ and WRITE for work_notes on task table, if you don't create yours then it will use task.work_notes ACL

Hi @sowjanyavikram5 ,
you should create individual ACL as we are talking about access control on a granular level.
