I would appreciate help on this issue!
I am currently trying to create an LDAP Server Record on the ServiceNow Platform Implementation On Demand course
I did everything well except the LDAP URL error
I got an error message: ldap://sncldap.vm-host.net:389/ Not an LDAP URL
Below is the process I received from the simulator.
1. | Navigate to System LDAP > Create New Server and enter the following values: Type of LDAP Server: Active Directory Server name: Class LDAP Server Server URL: ldap://sncldap.vm-host.net:389/ Starting search directory: dc=my-domain,dc=com |
Thank you in advance!

Hi @Larrie
Please verify that you have provided all the required information, such as the MID Server.
If you have followed the simulator guide correctly and are still facing issues, please raise a support case with Now Learning team.
Regards,
Siva
