Hi, i have embedded the sn_va_web_client_app_embed.do virtual agent into my website, however i think this is the default service portal virtual agent. how do i create a clone of this virtual agent so i can customise it by adding a different set of topics, modifying the widget e.t.c? so it stays separate from the service portal virtual agent.
how do i also make the unread messages bubble appear in the virtual agent I've embedded on my website via the iframe? as only the chat frame appears.
