Creating dashboards/ reports for unassigned tickets related to the two different email ids.

We have  single service now instance and we have customized in such a way where multiple companies are using it , along with the tickets as well., 

Recently we have a dashboard which has been shared to a user consits of unassigned tickets related to that user group , which was running well, but now we have problem since we have another email id tickets as well,  we arent able to show those tickets and if its empty its showing a sys id  as well

 

Can anyone help me out here how can i create a dashboard/ reports for the user whose tickets i.e unassigned  SCtasks/incidents/other tickets of two different companies added in a single dashboard.

On your current reports it will only work if you put both accounts of the user in the same assignment group(s). The question should be: why. If a user is logging tickets on/for two different companies, he should use the correct login to view the tickets he needs to work on. Why have two logins and expect to show everything under both? It's literally two users.

We cant create a separate id for a single user just to see her tickets from other companies into her dashboard. point is she just have to look into the tickets which are unassigned of both companies users so i just want to share ticketts of different users in single
