Creating HR Task without Case

Our team is using HRSD, but not Lifecycle and wondering if we can trigger an HR Task without creating a HR Case.  Is this possible or do all HR Tasks need to be associated with a case?

Hi there,

In theory, you could have HR Tasks without a parent Case. Parent is also not mandatory. Though it sounds a bit odd to me. Having a Task without a Parent.
