How to remove the "Create Knowledge" button?

Hi all,  How do you remove the "Create Knowledge" button from Incidents, Tasks, and Requested items? I have searched for resources but cannot find anything that outlines removing this button.

I need to get confirmation from the caller before closing the ticket.i want to mark a question in notification like.Is your query is resolvedYes or No if user select any option then how can we find that. which options is selected by user. Thanks
