Hi,
I have added KB articles manually as grid container in my widget in service portal page and also created a button to add more articles as different tiles in the container. I have asked to show a pop-up when "add more" button is clicked. That pop-up should contain short description and article body referring to KB article form page on clicking of submit button.
When clicked submit, it has to create new kb article. after creating an kb article it should add a tile on my portal page and also log article in kb article table.
Can anyone help me on this.
