Creation of sc_request by api scripting

Hello Developer Team, 

                          I am trying to creating sc_req_ritm record through scripting but I am receiving error of responce_code 500.

I can not use 'CARTAPI' for this due to some other issue. I have to use this method only.

Please let me know where I am making mistake.

any strong reason not to use Cart API?

Why are you consuming the API within the same instance?
