See one of your post on integration, i thought you might help me with this.
when a request is raised in Telstra hub a specialist case need to be automatically created in service now and when a comment is updated from their end the comments need to be automatically update in history of this specialist case.
I know this requirement can be fulfilled by APIs but no idea how to start, can you please help me with requirement.
