Hello,
I have created application cross-scope access for Read, Write, Create all three
And I have a BR with Scoped Application
and script
When I am trying to add any attachment to record on scoped app Human Resources : Core it is not letting me adding that attachment.
what next action can be taken to resolve this. Ultimately, I want to add attachment on a ticket which is mentioned in a field named transferred_to if it is transferred to a new ticket.

try updating as Target source = HR

Hello,
Check for 'Requested' entry in Application restricted caller access table, you need to play around that, if not create one. Please see below example. I'm guessing entry should be there and you have to just change state to 'Allowed'.
