In ServiceNow, when I'm saving a Task by clicking Save and Closed:
I'm getting the below error message:
Execute operation on script include 'GlideEntitlementAPI' from scope 'Markets Request' was denied. The application 'Markets Request' must declare a cross scope access privilege. Please contact the application author to update their privilege requests.
The affected Script Include is in the Licensing Engine Scope:
I've tried to create the below Cross Scope Privilege record, but I'm still facing the issue:
I was wondering if anyone has come across this before or if someone could advise what I need to do, that would be great

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar It happens for a certain user. However, what I've found is that it does work for the user if they click on the 'New' task button, enters some details and immediately set the 'Save & Close' button

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar I did check for any business rules running on the table, but there weren't any that contained the affected Script Include

@Ankur Bawiskar I've done some testing and, what I did find though that it the error message goes away if the affected user saves his new markets task, but then refreshes the screen. When he clicks 'Save & Close', the issue doesn't appear
