CSA Capstone Project - PDI

Hi there! I am wanting to complete my last CSA Lab and Capstone Project and they require a PDI, but I have been waitlisted for a couple of weeks now. Not sure how long it should take to get a personal developers instance? Please advise. The Training and Certification Support Team advised checking with the Developers Team, but not sure who or how to contact.

Hi @dranoeld ,

in relation to how long you should wait for a PDI, this is unfortunately impossible for us to tell how long it will take before you get one. Furthermore as you might know, there is no support for PDI you can reach out to, so you just have to wait.

in relation to the CSA certification, in the training material on NowLearning, they will provide you with a training instance - have you utilized this instead?

Thanks for your reply AndersBGS! Yes I am using a training instance, but Labs 8.3 in the ServiceNow Fundamentals and the Capstone project also require a PDI to complete the course.

Lab Activities 8.3

• Mark Update Set Complete

• Export Update Set

• Sign up for a personal developer instance

• Retrieve an Update Set

• Preview and Commit platform changes to the personal developer instance

Fingers crossed it won't take too much longer.

Thanks for the reply, Then the CSA have changed some since I took it. 

I will cross my fingers that you soon will receive your PDI to complete the CSA requirement for certification.
