For your Query Correct answer is (E) String. Because in ServiceNow, a String field allows free-form input using letters, numbers, and special characters (in a single line).

• Single line text is normally used, but the actual ServiceNow field type is String.

• Multi-line text is used for longer text (More than one line) across multiple lines, or you can define Max length as well.
