Hi @RenukaA ,

CSA exam vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can schedule your exam anytime within that validity period.

Hi @RenukaA 

Any voucher given by ServiceNow is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. You can check when you received the voucher and calculate its validity accordingly. However, since the new vendor is coming in from 18th November, there’s no need for any vouchers anymore."
