Customer account "Customer information" tab wont show

In the CSM Workspace under customer account, i can see in the developer instance a nice looking tab called "Customer Information" but for some reason i dont have it on my instance.
Why can it happen ? 
(Picture attached is the tab im missing)

Im sorry its called "Account information"

workspace version is same in both instances?

I could find but the tab name is different

First, try repairing the plugins or update to the latest version of the CSM plugin.
