I'm trying to create a CSDM dashboard under crawl tab (Named: Application Services Missing Business App Relation) for my client, the graphs are showing records incorrectly as it's calculating records after including Retired CIs also along with Operational one, can you please help me to exclude the Non-Operational CIs from the dashboard,
Also, I've tried to create filter under sn_getwell_missing_info_ci_base Base table like CI is "Operational" but still no changes in the dashboard,
Please suggest.
