CSM Configurable Workspace: Pop Up alert Display

on CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, when any alerts pops up it is collapsed by default like this

Is there a way we can expand them by default when they appear? Like Below:

I don't think it is OOB supported feature by Servicenow.

you cannot auto expand them by default

That's not supported considering UI experience. if it's auto expanded the messages will be shown and the form data won't be seen

OOTB you cannot auto expand your alerts but maybe you can try increasing the duration or use dialog box?
