CSM customer unable to create case for account

Hi, I am currently encountering this error when CSM customer is trying to raise an incident.

Under CSM, an 'snc_external' user should be able to create cases via a record producer. It was working before. But after implementing domain separation, it is not working. I have looked into the ACLs for the table and tried to change, but to no avail.

 

Anyone has encountered this error before? Hope that someone can point me in the right direction.

Can you give them following role and try once-

 

sn_customerservice.customer

I am also receiving this error after manually moving customers to a new account

Found the issue, we migrated the customer_contacts by updating the account field but the company field didn't update. Once we updated the company to match the account the users were able to create records fine.
