CSM/FSM Agent workspace interacting with Fulfiller landing page

We recently created a new variant landing page for CSM/FSM workspace. When attempting to redirect to the main landing page it seems the page is caught as a dashboard/tab? I see the URL goes from /now/nav to /cwf/agent. This causes users to be unable to reenter CSM/FSM workspace unless you refresh. You are able to enter other modules fine though.

I am unable to find anything on if this is expected. The page itself isn't captured in UI builder. Seems that its the URL is the app shell of CSM/FSM workspace.
