CSM/FSM configurable workspace related lists

Good Afternoon All, 

 

I have a question regarding the CSM/FSM configurable workspace. When you open up a case in the workspace, you have the following tabs, Details, Customer Information, Customer Activity, Work Orders, SLAs etc. 

 

How do I modify these tabs? I want to reorder them or add new tabs to this list. 

 

Does anyone know how to reorder them or add to these tabs?

Hi,

You have to navigate to CSM/FSM Configurable workspace from UI Builder.

Navigate to the Record page

Search for Contextual Side bar on the left Content pane. 

Click Edit content - It will take you to the Subpage, where you can add items to the list.

It requires familiarity with using UI Builder and building pages/content.
