CSM/FSM playbook: how to make read-only fields editable?

Hi,
For our complaint playbook, there's a step that creates a Quality Control Task. I'd like to make some fields editable, but they're read-only.
Am I supposed to look in the UI layout?
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, since it appears to be an actual form with fields on it, you'll probably want to check your ACLs for the table in question. Have you look into the "write" ACLs for this table? It looks like the "Validated" field is editable, but you may need to create new "write" ACLs for the table.fields
