In CSM Portal, contacts can see the Product field (record producer)while creating a case, but no product values are displayed in the dropdown. I have verified there are no variable restrictions, table access is correct, and the contact has the required role and allow-access entry. What other configurations or data relationships could prevent products from appearing for contacts?

Is the same contact able to see the product data from the native view form?
