I want to generate an Excel from RITM Variables, in .xlsx format once the RITM generated

Already I have created an script include to generate .xls file, but not able to generate in .xlsx format.

It would be helpful if I'm able to generate the file in tsv format from the RITM Variables

XLSX some what difficult to generate.

I created blog on how to generate CSV

Generate csv file with the catalog variables and attaching to RITM record 

also check this link where script is there for XLSX -> response from AJAY

Generate Excel file (xls or xlsx) based on script

But still the script is having only .xls extension

then it's not feasible to generate XLSX within ServiceNow
