CSM To ITSM Migration challenges and process, in our current we want Migrate from CSM to ITSM help

CSM and ITSM are two different products designed for different purposes, so I can’t suggest moving from CSM to ITSM. CSM is fully dedicated to customer management (B2B/B2C), while ITSM is for IT users. Moving from CSM to ITSM wouldn’t provide much value and would likely result in more work. It’s better to procure a new instance and start using ITSM OOTB, making changes as needed. Transitioning from CSM to ITSM would bring unnecessary configurations and data, which would be tough to manage and overwhelming for admins.
