SOW Dashboard Widgets Are Not Clickable for Non-Admin Users in PROD After UI Builder Migration

We migrated the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) landing page from DEV to PROD using UI Builder. In PROD, the dashboard is accessible to users, and all widgets (such as My Requests, My Tasks, Unassigned counts, First Response Time, and Resolution Time) are visible.

However, when non-admin users click on these widgets, nothing happens, and the corresponding records are not displayed in the section below the dashboard. The widgets work as expected when accessed by admin users.

Could you help us and elaborate what do you mean by not visible or nothing happens? Is there an error message or the data is not showing up etc? If you could impersonate such user and share a screenshot that would help us provide you a solution.
