CSM Workspace: Activity stream tooltip

Hello 

On CSM Workspace in Case record form,  Whenever our cursor places User name on Activity stream by default shows 'Activity', we want to change that tooltip text to dynamic user email. 

For this we duplicate 'CSM default record page copy' then in editor we find the Activity on UI builder however unable to find resolution. If anyone have idea on this could you guide me.

Why not stick to out of the box configuration and train your agents about the platform?

I strongly recommend you not to touch this, both Workspace and UI Builder are so complex that even a slight modification can cause big troubles and very difficult to debug and fix...

You can add a field to display the email in a form instead.

UNRELATED NOTE: the extension with your instance's name that you are using can read your browser data, consider using a SNUtils instead, there is this feature called "instance tag":

That allows you to use 3 slashcommands of your choice. It takes some time to get used to it but it is very nice helper.
