Hi Everyone,
I have created a custom CSM Workspace using UI Builder and configured the following components:
Created a custom CSM Workspace.
Created a Record Page using the out-of-the-box (OOB) CSM Default Record page.
Created and configured a List Page to display case records.
Mapped the appropriate table and Sys ID between the list and record page.
The case records are displaying correctly in the workspace list. However, when I click on any case record from the list, I receive the following error:
"The page you are looking for could not be found."
I have already verified that the table mapping and Sys ID configuration are correct, but the issue still persists.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue while creating a custom CSM Workspace using UI Builder?
Any guidance or step-by-step suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
