When I access the instance URL, I receive the following error:
502 Bad Gateway – snow_adc
Additional details:
PDI Name: dev181452
Instance Version: Australia
Build Agent: Installed
ServiceNow Studio: Installed
App Engine Studio: Installed
View History: No Activities
Could someone please help me identify the issue and advise whether my instance can be restarted or recovered?
I would prefer to retain my existing instance and its configurations.
Thank you.

Hi @SivaRamaKG,
Some PDIs may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. If your PDI is currently offline, you can:
- Wait for maintenance to complete and your instance to become available again.
- Release your current instance and request a new one. Please note that releasing your instance will permanently delete all data and work stored on it.
As a reminder, PDIs are unsupported development resources and do not have an availability, support, or uptime SLA. We strongly recommend regularly backing up any work you don’t want to lose.

Another copy/paste corporate answer. Not helpful at all. I mean it's not like the companies of these users are paying thousands to access your product.
If hosting PDI environments is becoming too expensive for you then let us have a container so we can self host them.

PDIs are unsupported and unreliable. Never end your day without making local backups of the work you did, if that work needs to be continued or presented. It doesn't help you now, but using a PDI to present something, is very high risk. It could even just go offline in the middle of your presentation and there is nothing you can do about it
