I'm trying to use the Customer Service Management API. It states in the doc that you need the csm_ws_integration role in order to use the API.
I cannot find this role anywhere in the UI. I also scoured the web with no luck.
Can anyone point me to where I can find this role so I can assign it to myself so I can work with the API?

I installed several customer management plugins and can now access the information.
Thank you Sukraj.

Did you enabled the CSM plugin?

Hi Sukraj.
Thank you for responding.
Alas I'm new to this environment although I've been working on accessing various APIs for the past month without issue. It was only when I started work on the Customer Service Management API where I ran into a problem regarding a role.
Given that I'm using an external tool, do I need to use the plugin?
Thanks,
jack
