In Agent Workspace if you CTRL-Click on an incident in a list it will open the incident in a new tab but not move focus away from the list, allowing several to be opened in a row.
However, when clicking or CTRL-clicking an interaction it will always open the item clicked and move focus to the new tab.
My service desk would really like Interactions to behave like the Incidents, anyone able to help me figure out where to look
