Currency displaying in Rupees for user in Service Portal rather than Euros

Hi,

We have a user who, when viewing items in the portal, is getting the price displayed as Rupees when they should be displayed in Euros. When I impersonate the user I see the same prices displayed in Euros.

I've checked the currency settings based on - Currency and Price frequently asked questions - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com)

How is my Session currency value determined?

The user locale is determined by the following, in order of consideration.

  • User record in which both country and language are specified.
  • System locale set using the glide.system.locale property.
  • Browser locale.

Based on these it should be displaying in Euros rather than Rupees. Is their anything else in the instance that can/is used to determine the logged in session currency?
