I have a client requirement that when the user opens the ServiceNow instance, instead of the default user authentication login page, it should open a custom login authentication page where the user provides a government ID and clicks the submit button. Once the user clicks the submit button, integration with a third party occurs, and if we receive a success response, the user should be allowed to log in to ServiceNow. Any help is much appreciated.
