Custom ChatGPT to be integrated with servicenow

I have created Custom GPT and added My question and related answers to it, Now i want to Integrate my Custom GPT with ServiceNow.

Can anyone please help me on this.

we @RenukaV_Extprz  have followed same steps but it is not working for custom Chatgpt.
