Custom data source(Load by script) - data loader field is not showing up.

Hi. I have recently started working on servicenow and I am trying to make use of data source feature where I have selected Custom(Load By Script) in the type field but after that I am unable to see the data loader field where I am supposed to write the script.

Check the form layout of sys_data_source. Just checked on a fresh Washington DC PDI and the field isn't on the form.
