Hi All,
I have a requirement where I need to change the domain name of the instance email from <instance_name@service-now.com> to <instance_name@mydomainname>. I have followed the instructions in the support article 'KB1002273'. But I am stuck in this step which says 'The selector and the public key should be published in the domain's DNS record'(Refer attached image).
Can you help me with this? How to publish the selector and the public key in the DNS record? Should I use any third-party toll for this? (I have the selector and public key with me).

Hi @Dharani5 ,
This is nothing to do with your 3rd party tool,
You need to add the key in your DNS manger, you can check with your network/ server team who can do this for you.. i hope this helps...
