Based on documents and examples,
1.Create a catalog item
2. Create a trigger with Service Catalog in Flow Designer
3. Select the flow created in step 2 in the catalog item process engine.
I did this work.
However, the flow does not run when I request a catalog item.
What are some possible causes?
Set trigger on Service Catalog and create flow
Select flow in Catalog Item

I can see the Save button enabled, that means your flow is not activated/published. Please click on activate button and wait until you see the status as published as shown in the screenshot below. Then, submit your catalog item and check.
