Hoping someone else has seen this situation and knows the solution.
Thanks,

I am running Windows 7 on a new Dell 64-bit Ultrabook and am unable to install the 32-bit ODBC driver needed for SAP Crystal Reports 2013. According to my tech team, 32-bit and 64-bit ODBC drivers can play nicely. Crystal Reports will only recognize the 32-bit ODBC driver.
Anyone know what I need to do to resolve the error??
1. The ODBC driver was given to me via a zip file
2. Double click on the file and the unzip process begins as expected
3. Shortly after the InstallSetup Wizard starts up, I receive the following two error messages

I was having the same problem. I'm guessing you were trying to install the 32 bit version when you already had the 64 bit version installed (or vice versa). Its actually the uninstaller that is failing when trying to uninstall the existing installed driver.
Solution is to uninstall manually first in control panel > programs and features. Once you've uninstalled your existing servicenow odbc driver, you can install the new version.
