Custom modal configurations

Hi,

 

 

@Chuck Tomasi @Ankur Bawiskar @Mark Roethof @Maik Skoddow @Pradeep Sharma 

In Agent Workspace for HR Case Management we have a OOTB custom Modal "Transfer case modal". I have added a new Input component to it to get the Case Transfer Reason from user. How can i save the value user enter into that input component to a field on case record.

Did you get a solution for this? also could you please help me understand how you added "transfer reason" to the modal window?

Hi @Vishnu_27 ,

Havent got solution for this yet. In Washington release, latest version of plugin 'Agent workspace for HR Case Management' contains the text area to enter case transfer reason OOTB. But OOTB they are updating it to the worknotes of the case. We need it in a reportable field.
