State Value is not populated correctly on Playbook Experience View

Hi Team,

 

I have created two new values in the sys_flow_data table as Service Down, Service Up. And I have mapped these two new values in the status Mapping as well, But When i click on the Activity action it still shows as completed in the CSM Experience View. But In the backend, the sys_flow_data is updated with the correct value as Service Up/ Service Down. Please Help
