Custom Profile Menu Button for Portal

How to make a button that appears on the profile menu? I want to make it direct to the service portal or to the Employee Portal

Do you mean that, you want to add new menu item called "employee portal" below Preferences, elevate role..?

You can't add any additional menu items on the Profile menu.

Instead, the best place to add that option is to add it under Self Service. You can also see ServiceNow has added link to Employee Center OOB under Self Service, which opens the Employee Center portal
