Custom Submit Widget On Service Portal for a catalog Item

Hi All,

I need to redirect custom submit button to REQ page rather than RITM page.
But Catalog Item generates 3 different RITM using workflow based on checkbox on the form.
Again on RITM we have Complete step button which should mark existing RITM status as closed and in turn open as many RITM as multi row variable set records submitted on RITM.

Quick help is appreciated.
