Custom UI Action to archive cmdb_ci

Hi!

 

I have a requirement to create a UI Action that should archive the selected items in cmdb_ci.

I created the action as you can see below:

When I test the UI Action in the list, the following error message appears:

Does anyone know how to solve this?

The "no archive table defined in the archive map for cmdb_ci" error in ServiceNow indicates that an archive rule hasn't been configured for the cmdb_ci table, or that the archive table mapping is missing or incorrect. You need to create an archive rule and ensure the correct archive table is specified for the cmdb_ci table and its child tables.
