Custom URLs on a Personal Developer Instance

Hello

Is it possible to create Custom URLs (URL masking) on a Personal Developer Instance?

I'm getting the following error message: "Your instance is not compatible with the custom URL feature, please refer to the feature documentation for compatibility requirements."

We would like to test this on a personal instance before migrating our actual development instances over to London.

You have to have a dedicated virtual ip. According to the docs you have to request it via hi. I don’t think you’ll be able to do this ona pdi.

Please note that In developer and demo instances the Custom URL is not supported. 
The reason for this is because the datacenter infrastructure for demo instances is different. 

There is only support for Custom Urls on existing Production Instances and Sub-Prod instances.
