Hi everyone,
I'm looking for guidance on how to create a custom fallback topic for the Virtual Agent that mimics the behavior of the native fallback, but with a twist.
I’d like to create a topic that, when triggered, takes the user input and searches the Service Catalog for a matching Catalog Item. it should:
Look for catalog items that match the user’s input.
Return a short description of the item.
Provide a hyperlink to the catalog item’s form in the Service Portal.
Has anyone implemented something similar or have any suggestions on how to approach this?
