Customer 360 ribbon is not showing the details in the HR agent workspace

I have created a ribbon using Customer 360 to show the details of the HR case 'Subject person' but it is not showing the details. I am getting the response as below:
But using the same method for incident, it's working as expected. Can anyone let me know what we can do for this?

@Ashish71 Can you check if you have created the ribbon settings in the correct HR Scope?

I have created the below record in ribbon setting
Even I checked with Global and Human Resource: Core scope but that is still not working.
