Customer Activity Section on Workspace

can any one help on the customer activity section, on the below things?

It is not possible to bring the customer activity in list , as it is kind of activity formatter.

I need to add new type under the customer activity, i.e. under interaction on clicking it should work fine.

You need to update the same in via UI build/ configurable workspace. .
