Hi all,
I'm trying to change the banner image in order to insert the logo of my company.
I followed the steps listed in SNOW wiki:
- Go to System UI > Images.
- Enter a Name for your image. Valid names must end in .gif, .png, .jpg, or .bmp.
- Click the Click to add link in the Image field.
- Go to System Properties > System.
- In the Banner image (must be uploaded first) field, enter the file name of the uploaded image.
- Click Save at the top of the page.
But when I search for the new uploaded image (step 5) I'm not able to see it.
Any help is appreciated.

Try System Properties | My Company and update Banner Image from there. You can do the upload as part of the process.

HHello Angus MacQueen,
i have same concern here. Configured domain separation. One company and under company we have customers. My concern is if user who mapped under company logs in, he will be to see his own logo but user who mapped under customer logs in, he is not able to see his own logo. company lo is coming. Can you suggest me please.

Is it possible to have a different logo and overall banner, depending on the user that is logged in, inside the same instance?

Look at the user's company. In the company you will be able to select the banner image you wish to display.
For the user that is not signed in, you will look at what company is assigned to the user "guest".
This will allow you to have different banners for different companies. So to select what the user sees you would need to have a company associated to their account.

I set a banner image and banner text for each company record.
However when I log in as user from the company, I'm only getting the banner text from the user's company record but the image does not come through.
I'm getting a static company logo that must be overriding the user's company banner image.
How do I deactivate the static company logo for banner image and allow the user's company banner image to show.
