Hi everyone,
I am using a ServiceNow instance upgraded from the Zurich release to the Australia release.
I updated the following under System Properties > Basic Configuration UI16:
- Page header caption
- Browser tab title
- Banner image (logo)
After clicking Save, the changes are not reflected in the UI. The old logo and name are still displayed.
I have already tried:
- Saving the properties
- Logging out and back in
- Refreshing the browser
Screenshot attached.
Could anyone advise:
- Are there additional cache-clearing steps required in Australia release?
- Has the branding configuration moved to another location?
- Is there a known issue with UI16 branding properties after upgrading?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @KanamRamu
Sometimes it can be a cache issue as well. I noticed this during my training too. If it's still not working, try changing the banner text and logo once again. You can also clear the cache, log out, and log back in. If possible, try with another user account as well and see if the issue persists.

Hi @KanamRamu
- Type cache.do directly in the Application Navigator and enter
- Go to System Properties > Basic Configuration UI16. Re-select the banner image and re-enter the page header caption. Click Save again.
- Log out using logout.do, clear your local browser cache, and log back in
- Try with Incognito/InPrivate Browser.
