Customize Breadcrumbs link

Hi all,

I want to change the link of an item in a breadcrumb.

When I click on it, I am redirected to the page sc_category&sys_id=...

I wish, instead, to be redirect to a page that is a clone of that but the name is customer_name_sc_category&sys_id=.

What can I do?

Try using the page route maps and see if it works for you in redirecting the page

It is not working as expected, when i click on breadcrumb link "catalog", it is going to sc_category page instead of custom page copy_of_sc_category_1_1 as below
